Vanessa Irzyk is a painter and art educator who lives in Boston, MA (originally from New Bedford, MA). She graduated from Massachusetts College of Art & Design in 2007 with a BFA in Painting and Art Education. She paints from her studio in the Distillery in South Boston, where she has been for over 10 years. Vanessa has had five solo exhibitions in the greater Boston area and has shown her work throughout the country. Ms. Irzyk has received a Drawing grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and is currently the art teacher at the Newton (Mass.) Montessori School.www.vanessairzyk.com
